Begin by smelling the coffee after it is freshly ground, then smell the brewed coffee and compare them.
Next taste it.
To get the fullest flavour, slurp it and let the coffee spread evenly over the surface of your tongue. That way it can reach all of your taste buds.
The more you taste the better you are going to get.
