Some of the categories are flowery, nutty, smoky and herby while some taste experts categorise them by their acidity , bitterness, sweetness, saltiness and sourness.
Research showed that even our saliva can affect the aroma experience. Coffee experts suggest that larger sips of coffee appear to have a stronger release of aroma.
