We’re looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join our Technical team and play a key role in supporting some of the UK’s leading retailers, foodservice customers and business partners.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technical professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects and ensuring products meet the highest standards of safety, legality and quality.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the day-to-day technical contact for our customers and manufacturing partners
  • Managing customer specifications and supporting the launch of new products
  • Providing technical support to National Account Managers and wider business teams
  • Coordinating customer visits, audits and follow-up actions
  • Managing consumer complaints and supporting investigations and trend analysis
  • Ensuring supplier approvals, certifications and technical documentation are maintained
  • Supporting ethical sourcing, sustainability and customer compliance requirements
  • Working closely with colleagues across Technical, Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations

 

What we’re looking for

  • Experience within a food manufacturing technical, quality or compliance role
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing specifications and retailer requirements
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement

 

Experience working with major retailers and online specification portals would be advantageous.
